Common Questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Open your device's store settings, find Posena under your subscriptions, and cancel or change your plan from there.
How do I restore my purchases? Open the Posena app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases".
I was charged but didn't receive my credits. Try restoring your purchases first. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your purchase receipt and we'll investigate.
How do I delete my account? Open the Posena app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your data.
